What does my registration include?

Option #1

  • 12 hours of professional development credit
  • Overnight room for 2 nights (single occupancy, VIP Conference dorm rooms that include linens, a TV, coffee maker, alarm clock, and ironing board.  Attendees will need to supply toiletries and hair dryers as needed).
  • Meal Plan including dinner on July 22nd, breakfast, lunch and dinner on July 23rd, and breakfast and lunch on July 24th

Option #2

  • 12 hours of professional development credit
  • Meal Plan including meals described above

Please Note:  Registrants who choose Option #2 will be responsible for arranging any overnight accommodations that they may need.

Payment Instructions

Register on line with a credit card or pay by check, made payable to "PHSA" and sent to 3700 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA 17111

Cancelation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to 5:00 PM on July 16, 2013.

Registration fees will not be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after 5:00 PM on July 16, 2013

Registrants who neither cancel nor attend will be billed the full amount.
