The CAAP is the commonwealth association representing the state's Community Action Agencies, which provide anti-poverty planning and community development activities for low-income communities. The PHSA and CAAP have signed a Memoradum of Understanding
(MOU), this is a partnershipto promote the development of collaborative efforts to provide and increase servicess to children and families.
