Here are a few of PHSA's key advocacy partners in PA:

Community Action Association
of Pennsylvania (CAAP)

The CAAP is the commonwealth association representing the state's Community Action Agencies, which provide anti-poverty planning and community development activities for low-income communities.  The PHSA and CAAP have signed a Memoradum of Understanding (MOU), this is a partnershipto promote the development of collaborative efforts to provide and increase servicess to children and families.

The Media Moblizing Project (MMP) 

MMP.jpgMMP worked with PHSA to produce Hope in Hard Times Head Start Families Fighting for Their Future.                                                                    

MMP shot the video and created the Head Start Puts People First facebook page to help Head Start parents and staff tell their Head Start stories.

The Media Mobilizing Project (MMP) exists to build the media and communications infrastructure for a movement to end poverty, led by poor and working people, united across color lines.

PACCA is the statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the provision of quality early care and education to the children of Pennsylvania.
