PHSA 2013 Board Elections

PHSA is holding an election to fill vacancies of the Parent, Friend, Staff and Administrators groups of the Board of Directors.

The PHSA Board Election Process

Programs will receive one ballot on which to cast their selections for representatives in all three membership groups; Parent, Staff and Administrators.
Each Program designates individuals within their program from each membership group to vote for the candidates running to represent that group.
- 2 parents will be designated and each cast votes for 2 candidates running to represent the Parent group
- 1 staff person will be designated and cast votes for 2 candidates running to represent the Staff group
- The program administrator will cast votes for 2 candidates running to represent the Administrators group
The ballot is signed by the program's administrator and policy council president to confirm its validity
Programs must return their completed and signed ballot to the PHSA Office by March 20^th, 2013 for them to be counted

Election Time Line

January 22, 2013	Election Information is sent out to PHSA membership.
February 15, 2013	Deadline for nominations to be received by the PHSA office.
February 19, 2013	Candidate list (ballots) will be mailed and emailed to all program directors and PHSA list serve members.
March 20, 2013	Completed ballots, including signatures, must be received by the PHSA office.
March 22, 2013	PHSA announces names of new PHSA Board members
April 9, 2013	New Board members seated at PHSA Spring Board meeting.
