PHSA and The Office of Child Development and Early Learning cordially invite you to participate as an exhibitor at “Weaving the Tapestry of Quality Infant toddler Care”. The symposium will be held on August 7-9 at the River’s Bend Conference Center of California University of Pennsylvania with exhibits taking place on the 7th and 8th.
This Symposium will be a quality professional development opportunity focusing on the unique needs, issues and topics that those who work with infants, toddlers and their families face. Workshop sessions will focus on the 6 Program Policies outlined by the Program for Infant and Toddler Care Givers (PITC).
The River's Bend Conference Center of California University will offer attendees an inclusive, "retreat" like experience. If you need overnight accomodations, nearby hotels have agreed to provide a discounted Symposium room rate when you ask for the California University Rate!
The exhibit space will be 8’ table tops with cloth and skirting only. The costs to display at this event will be $250 per table for a For Profit and $150 for a Non Profit. Exhibitors will be required to limit the products and services at their exhibit to those with a clear infant toddler focus.
Due to limited space, we ask that you submit your application by July 2nd to secure room for your display. Multiple tables are available, however, we might have to limit the number of tables for your exhibit. Each exhibitor receives one meal package per table. Extra meal packages may be purchased at a cost of $50 per person. If you require electric there is an additional $10 fee; please indicate it on your application.
