The Region III Association
The Region III Association's (R3HSA) mission is to enhance and promote the spirit and philosophy of Head Start by linking quality resources to State Associations, communities, local programs, and constituency in the Early Head Start and Head Start network.
It is a conduit between the State Associations in Region III and the National Head Start Association. Each state sends representatives to sit on the Region III Board. The Region III Board elects representatives to sit on the National Head Start Association Board. Region III includes West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
