Who Should Attend?
This Coaching Boot Camp is a follow-up session for grantees who have attended a Coaching Leadership Academy hosted by the Region III Head Start Training and Technical Assistance team. It is a professional development opportunity for:
- Staff who will be coaching
- Those who supervise coaches
What will be Covered?
This professional development will offer participants the opportunity to learn about the Practice Based Coaching model in-depth and practice strategies for use of data in goal setting, focused observations, and reflection and feedback. Participants will
- Learn about the Practice-Based Coaching cycle including developing collaborative coaching partnerships; setting goals and action plans; conducting focused observations; and providing reflection and feedback sessions.
- Learn about using coaching self-assessments and data to determine individual PD needs and the focus of practice change for coaching planning.
- Develop plans for implementing the coaching cycle in their programs.

This is a full conference track that will take place during the Pennsylvania Head Start Association 2017 Conference. Participants will need to register for this track and participate in the full session. Attendees will participate in the Opening Session, Lunch & Keynote Grantees who have been through the Coaching Leadership Academy and participating in coaching technical assistance through the TA team will be invited to attend and provided with registration instructions.

|Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be added to all registrations starting April 1, 2017.|
In the case of a cancellation, PHSA must be notified by 5:00 PM on April 11, 2017.Registration fees will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received PRIOR TO 5:00 PM on April 11, 2017.
Registration fees will not be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after 5:00 PM on April 11, 2017.
Registrants who neither cancel nor attend will be billed the full amount.
